Founder of BIMPhD

I am a BIM Manager, architectural designer, and founder of BIMPhD with more than nine years of experience implementing BIM at scale across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects. I specialize in clear BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and delivery at scale—spanning 50+ U.S. residential projects and major developments.

I translate concepts into coordinated, information‑rich models for reliable documentation and decisions. I have guided firms from 2D drafting into BIM‑integrated workflows, standardizing templates, families, and BEPs to reduce rework. Day‑to‑day I use Revit and Navisworks, coordinate in ACC/Revizto, and automate with Dynamo.

My approach follows ISO 19650 with LOD targets across phases. I place QA/QC gates to catch issues early, resulting in faster coordination, clearer drawings, and fewer change orders. Model health, naming, and parameter consistency keep the federated model trustworthy.

I started in architectural production, then moved into model coordination and department leadership. At Amoodrah I helped establish the BIM department and coordinated parts of the Iran Mall delivery, shaping how I think about authorship, versioning, and ARC/STR/MEP communication.

Since 2020 I have managed BIM remotely for Noor Architecture, supporting 50+ U.S. residential projects from early modeling and optioneering to clash detection, model health, and construction documentation, while mentoring teams and refining the BEP.

I value outcomes over tools: fewer clashes, shorter coordination, and clear documentation because the model is coherent. My goal is to reduce client risk, keep teams aligned, and hand over a model useful for operations.

I keep building capability in automation and information management—using Dynamo to speed repetitive tasks and enforce standards. Recent learning includes ISO 19650, ACC Docs, and construction management foundations.

I recharge with tennis, photography, music, and gaming—keeping my eye for composition and rhythm sharp.
